With over 15 years of experience working with startups and nonprofits, I specialize in program and project management, partnership development, and operations. At my core, I am a project manager who thrives on creating and optimizing processes and programs that deliver impactful solutions.My professional journey spans across several sectors, including workforce development, economic development, and education. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with visionary companies and leaders who are driving change and innovation.Key Highlights:10+ years working in startup environments, developing policies, procedures, and processes that support organizational growth and success.7+ years as a Project Manager in real estate and economic development, creating sales and marketing strategies for new cities, working with development teams on campus expansions, and partnering with corporations to build niche market communities.4+ years as an Operations Director for nonprofits, partnering with leadership teams to drive process improvements, enhance engagement, and optimize financial management.10+ years helping individuals overcome barriers to employment through job training and placement programs with organizations such as Back on My Feet, Urban Peak, Goodwill Industries, the YWCA of Southeast Wisconsin, and the Boys & Girls Club of Milwaukee.I hold a Master of Science in Project Leadership and Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Public Relations from Marquette University.Outside of work, I’m passionate about exploring Colorado, running, doing CrossFit, volunteering, cuddling with my cats, and cheering on the Golden Eagles and Denver Nuggets.
