ABOUT LINDSEY KNEUVEN

I am a bold, visionary leader who thrives at the edge of what’s possible. Fueled by purpose, I’ve spent my career at the intersection of justice, innovation, and impact - bringing communities too often left out of decision-making into the heart of strategy. As a systems thinker, I identify root causes, and points of leverage across sectors and design for long-term, durable impact. Equally comfortable navigating corporate boardrooms and rural communities, I bring clarity to complexity and unlock the power of people, technology, and partnerships to drive meaningful change.My path didn’t begin in the field. It started in finance and technology - first at M Financial and later at Salesforce.org, where I saw firsthand how capital and tech were too often an untapped force for good. At Salesforce.org, a pioneer in corporate philanthropy, I was part of a movement redefining how tech companies could lead with values - not just products. That experience taught me that systems, when intentionally designed, can be powerful forces for equity.But it wasn’t until I lived and worked in rural Kenya that I truly experienced the gaps in those systems. Partnering with local leaders in off-grid schools and remote communities expanded my worldview. It deepened my conviction that innovation without context can reinforce injustice - and that real change begins with listening.Since then, I’ve worked fluidly across sectors - nonprofits, tech companies, social enterprises, foundation, and Indigenous-led ventures - building bold visions and translating them into grounded, scalable solutions. I thrive in complexity - where the path isn’t clear, the stakes are high, and the work demands deep collaboration. I believe in the power of unlikely partnerships to move us toward a more just and resilient world.Above all, I’m driven by a love of humanity and a belief that strategy and philanthropy is most powerful when it’s humble, inclusive, and in service to those it aims to uplift.
