As the UX Researcher at B&H, I manage A/B and Usability Testing, Analyze Customer Feedback & Insights, partner with business strategists to efficiently detail requirements, and drive implementation activities. AB Testing - Manage our experimentation/optimization programs - Understand key business priorities and maintain the testing roadmap - Liaise between the business, design and technology shareholders to ensure the project needs are adequately met with technology solutions- Manage requests & refine objectives - Review Jira tickets and flag ones that may need to release through AB Testing - Writing testing requirements (Hypothesis, Gather Designs, Listing Metrics)- Create variation mockups - Facilitate approvals from stakeholders - Review results: Data analysis & create reports - Present insights to the team Usability Testing - Facilitate in defining objectives - Develop screening criteria and activities for insight stages - Create and review test plans - Setting up tests - Review videos and create reports Customer Feedback & Insights - Manage and triage all web customer feedback, prioritize, create, and follow Jira tickets accordingly - Keep track of feedback trends - Create FullStory dashboards, extract analytics reports, review sessions to identify customer issues Benchmarking through Baymard Institute- A large-scale research study on all aspects of the e-commerce user experience - Review rating compliance of each section of the B&H website - Provide enhancement recommendations
