As a Vice President and Clinical Pharmacy Consultant at Lockton, I support clients in optimizing their employee pharmacy benefits. I partner with hospital and health system clients to develop an employee pharmacy benefit model to drive utilization to their own pharmacies, deliver transparency around pricing and rebates, and provide additional clinical & strategic insights.I advise clients through the PBM marketing processing by finding them a PBM partner that will meet their long-term strategic needs, taking into consideration all key stakeholder priorities which could include custom pharmacy networks and copays structures, custom reimbursement schedules at owned pharmacies, customized formularies, drug or claim level rebate information, and more. I truly try to find the right PBM partner for each of my individual client\'s unique needs.Additionally, I have a deep understanding of 340B and Specialty Pharmacy programs. I help clients maximize 340B and Specialty medication capture within their employee plans to reduce overall expenses.
