Primary system admin for Support and PMO users- Manage security related setup as needed- Maintain system application customizations requested by business, including but not limited to; new fields, objects, automation, views, reports, and dashboards - Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views and troubleshoot issues - Facilitate end user training materials for end users - Assist the business in maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and cleansing, including duplicate record management, especially when bulk updates are appropriate - Participate in related system migration activities for areas of support - Help to evaluate new release functionality and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users- Administrative Support - User maintenance - Case support for end users - Transaction guidance and troubleshooting with users - Provide guidance for report and dashboard creation - Maintain email templates - Coordinate activities between departments - Cloud Coach project management admin - Service Cloud Admin - FormStack Admin
