So what is a Transaction Coordinator? As a Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing all of the details involved in closing a real estate transaction from contract to close. I communicate consistently between the agents, clients, escrow companies and lenders (to name a few), and monitor your file’s progress ensuring that all timelines are adhered to and all documentation properly executed. Missing a document or signature? I’m on it! Having problems tracking down the co-op agent for feedback on the inspection? I’ll find them! Have a client who needs extra attention because they are not familiar with process? I can help guide them! Out of town and need someone to help coordinate inspection, appraisal, and work appointments? I’m here! I work virtually from my home office which is a huge cost saving advantages to the agents I work for. There are no extra charges for phone lines, “desk” space, payroll taxes, licensing fees, office supplies, software, printer ink, etc. Additionally, I already come with over 8 years of experience working hundreds of transactions saving you ample training time. Further, you won’t have to worry about employee retention or paying an assistant during a slow month. I charge a flat rate per CLOSED transaction.
