As the Executive Director of Research at IE, I identify best-practices and conduct research to assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions using the most robust experimental design possible, adhering to What Works Clearinghouse design standards. I specialize in evaluating school improvement programs conducted in more than 100 schools in the Nation, identifying subgroup gaps, the change in those gaps, and calculating learning rates, translating the results into actionable reports for change.
