ABOUT LINDSEY DEBOEVER
When I was six years old, I participated in a jog-a-thon fundraiser for my elementary school. I collected money from friends and family; either flat amounts or a pledge per lap. My dad pledged a dollar per 1/10-mile-lap, assuming his small child would make it around the track five times max.Ever determined, I made it around the track 27 times. Exhausted. Wealthy. Triumphant.During the intervening years, my drive and focus have matured as I\'ve taken on more grown-up pursuits. I am passionate about using design thinking to improve processes and technology to elevate the digital employee experience. I enjoy nothing more than digging into tough problems with a motivated, engaged team.
