I love to bring \"just enough\" order to chaos. I\'m passionate about applying a people-driven approach to work and driving technology change that empowers people and organisations to do the most they can with what they\'ve got available to them. I started my career being involved in technology and business improvement projects within a large corporate enterprise, following which I spent 9 years developing my leadership skills within an innovative SME, establishing & leading teams across all business functions in the UK and abroad. I led those teams during a trajectory of growth and subsequently through a programme of digital transformation which saw our business model transform from traditional professional services into SaaS. I am now Director of Operations at PfP Students, a great business that provides specialist facilities & accommodation management services for universities and their students & faculty. PfP Students is part of the Places for People group, the UK’s leading social enterprise, doing great things for people and communities up and down the UK
