ABOUT LINDSEY

As a Branch manager, I lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional member service, strengthening financial well-being and creating meaningful member relationships. My day-to-day work includes coaching and developing employees, supporting their career growth and fostering a positive member-focused culture. I am also responsible for underwriting loans and providing individualized financial guidance, ensuring members have the tools and support they need to improve their financial futures. I\'m a September 2024 Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) graduate- an experience that strengthened my commitment to improving financial well-being and advancing system-level change in our industry. I\'m a graduate of the Indiana Credit Union League Ignite Program (20••••25), collaborating with emerging leaders across the state to advance innovation in the industry. In 2025, I was also honored to be selected as a Crasher for Filene\'s Big.Bright.Minds. At Indiana Members Credit Union, my passion for service and community has been recognized as I have earned multiple honors including Presidents Circle in 2024 and 2025 and the Community All-Star Award in 2024. These achievements reflect what matters most to me: delivering meaningful impact for our members, team and community. Whether I\'m mentoring colleagues, guiding members through major financial decisions or contributing to industry-wide leadership programs, my mission remains the same- to help people thrive and strengthen the future of the credit union movement.
