ABOUT LINDSEY BLACHER

I am currently a student attending Auburn University double majoring in management and apparel merchandising. I am originally from northern New Jersey and hope to one day work in New York City. I have a strong passion for working with others while pursuing my interest in the apparel industry. I enjoy cultivating relationships with coworkers and customers. I am team-oriented.My strengths include working well with others, bringing positivity to the workplace, and being adaptive. I got to expand upon these skills two summers ago in my job at a daycare. Each day, I worked with other staff members to provide care for children. I would move from room to room throughout the workday, working with a different age of children and also different staff members. Positivity is extremely important when working with children, so I came in each day with a positive outlook in order to ensure the children and other staff members were also happy. I continued to utilize these skills during my time as a summer intern at Flag & Anthem. I maintained adaptability by being able to work in different departments while completing multiple projects at a time. I was able to work well with others and bring positivity to the workplace by developing relationships with members of cross-functional teams. During my time at Flag & Anthem, I was able to learn a solid foundation about the apparel industry.I am ideally suited for a workplace that allows me to grow in my career and allows me to have an ever-changing schedule each day.
