I believe the most important thing a leader can do is elevate the people around them — creating the conditions for a team to reach its full potential while generating more value and less friction for every stakeholder they serve. That philosophy has been my north star across a career ranging from industrial client sites to national nonprofit leadership.Currently, I serve as President & CEO of WBEC South, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides WBENC certification and serves women business owners across the Gulf South. Since taking the helm, I\'ve strengthened the organization\'s financial foundation, launched seven new programs, and built a more diversified and sustainable revenue model — all while deepening relationships with our corporate members and expanding impact for the women business owners we serve.Before this role, I spent eight years at WBENC\'s national headquarters, rising to Vice President. There, I founded the Chemical Industry Advisory Board, led the Energy Industry Advisory Board with BP, Chevron, ExxonMobil, and Shell as founding members, and built the Energy Executive Program — an initiative that brought industry competitors together so effectively that four energy majors received the first-ever WBENC Industry Collaboration Award.Prior to the nonprofit world, I managed Gulf Coast consulting operations for GP Strategies, a publicly traded workforce solutions firm — leading teams of engineers, technical writers, and plant operators embedded at major energy and chemical client sites across the region.I\'m a trained EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementer. I\'ve led a national training program for women business owners in partnership with EOS Worldwide. I care deeply about operational excellence, organizational health, and building the kind of cultures where people do their best work.My expertise spans nonprofit leadership and turnaround, corporate strategy and external affairs, ESG and sustainability, supplier diversity, energy and chemical industry client services, workforce development, and organizational transformation. I\'ve spoken at national conferences and Fortune 500 forums, published in industry trade media, and been recognized as a Women to Watch honoree by Biz New Orleans Magazine (2025).
