About Lindsey Adams-Hess
Building on over 15 years of litigation experience, I have spent more than five years defending some of the most cutting edge technology in the automotive industry. I consult regularly with a wide variety of engineering teams, and coordinate with other legal teams to navigate the complex litigation and regulatory landscapes of North America and the globe. In addition to managing matters with outside counsel, my team and I handle a substantial percentage of active litigation partially or wholly in-house and we continue to pursue new and innovative models to control expense and balance risk. I enjoy the near-daily challenges I face to combine out-of-the-box thinking, risk mitigation, and aggressive litigation strategy in order to solve novel problems in the next era of automotive transportation.
