ABOUT LINDSEY WILEY
Lindsey Wiley, MHA, has worked on OFMQ’s Health Information Technology (HIT) team since 2010. As the HIT Director, Ms. Wiley is a member of the senior leadership team at OFMQ and aids in critical decision making. She leads a team of clinical consultants offering technical assistance and guidance on best practices to support and accelerate healthcare providers’ efforts with electronic health records (EHRs). Ms. Wiley has over 13 years of healthcare technology, quality improvement, training and application experience working with providers in multiple settings of care on all phases of HIT adoption and optimization. She consults with and provides technical assistance to healthcare organizations to successfully implement and adhere to the various alternative payment models available in today’s healthcare environment. Ms. Wiley has worked on state and federal grants and has widespread knowledge with the development of detailed reports and corresponding summary reports including presentation materials disseminated to state, federal, and commercial stakeholders. Ms. Wiley is proficient in leading and directing teams with the creation of toolkits and resources for training purposes for targeted audiences including executives, providers, staff, and patients. These tools aid in the adherence to national quality payment programs, care coordination, population health management, data aggregation, and optimization of both EHR and Health Information Exchange (HIE) technology. Ms. Wiley currently resides over all operations at OFMQ as the senior leader and support. Recently OFMQ was awarded a contract performing Utilization review for the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority as a subcontractor to Kansas Foundation for Medical Care and Ms. Wiley serves as senior support of this project. Ms. Wiley has managed projects through the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT, AHRQ, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA), Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), Oklahoma Rural Health Association of Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma State Health Department (OSDH). She has led hundreds of live and virtual training events for healthcare providers both with the creation and dissemination of material and as lead presenter. Ms. Wiley earned her Master of Health Administration from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise from the University of Oklahoma in Norman
