As the Corporate and National R&D Manager at DPR, I lead strategic innovation across our core business by empowering entrepreneurial employees and workgroups to bring forward bold ideas. I manage initiatives from concept through implementation—whether it\'s pioneering new products, piloting emerging workflows, or advancing how we build.
