ABOUT LINDSEY WATTERS
I am a board certified family nurse practitioner and graduated from Yale University\'s Master of Science in Nursing in May of 2024. I work in rural emergency medicine in Northern California and have a particular interest in improving access to reproductive healthcare through the emergency department within the U.S. and internationally. I aspire to provide equitable care for all while driving research initiatives, leading clinical improvements, and advocating for policy change. Since completing my undergraduate degree at Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland in 2018, I have gained both educational and work experience in scientific research, clinical medicine, and team leadership. My research focuses on menopause and quality of life in women from historically marginalised populations. I intend to pursue doctoral studies in the coming years to further my foundation in research and clinical implementation.
