About Lindsey Warner

For over 14 years, I have been a yoga instructor at CorePower Yoga, where I teach various styles of yoga, including vinyasa flow, hot yoga, yoga sculpt, yin yoga, and Real Ryder. I am certified and trained in vinyasa yoga, and I have a passion for helping others find strength and confidence in themselves by providing a safe and supportive environment.In addition to teaching yoga, I also curate and manage playlists for Live classes and OnDemand on Spotify and Apple Music. I enjoy creating and sharing music that enhances the yoga experience and reflects my personal taste and style. Previously, I was a yoga sculpt extensions lead, where I led hundreds of certified yoga sculpt instructors through a 50 hour training to fine tune their teaching skills.
