Conduct trauma-informed interviews and manage client data using electronic health records such as REDCap, Qlik, and SPARS to to improve behavioral health services; assist with administrative data management and maintain accurate discharge records- Independently conduct a semester-long data analysis project and design a one-pager; analyze secondary data and create clear data visualizations for the evaluation teams to inform practice and decision making- Coordinate client care by communicating with clinical staff to relay urgent needs, follow-up requests, and appointment information, ensuring timely and responsive support throughout the treatment process
