An entertainment industry veteran, Sokol spent her first 11 years in the music and production industry as a Festival Director at C3 Presents. During her time at C3, Lindsey produced large-scale events including Austin City Limits Music Festival, Lollapalooza, Lollapalooza Chile, The 57th Presidential Inauguration, Austin Food + Wine and countless others.In 2019, Lindsey launched Blue Norther Live (BNL), an Austin-based full-service event production company focusing on caused-based events and festivals. BNL has produced Field Guide Festival, Austin’s New Year, The United States Conference of Mayors 2021, Travis County Mass Vaccination Site and more.In 2021, Sokol launched Field Guide Festival. Field Guide Festival is a celebration of the local food system in Austin, TX. The festival invites attendees to connect with local farmers and chefs, savor flavorful seasonal dishes, stay informed about current food trends, and invites guests to consider their role in a sustainable future of food in the Austin community.
