I have accepted a new role with Dicks - House of Sports as a Loss Prevention & Safety Lead. In this role, we serve primarily to mitigate and reduce losses through the deterrence of external theft and the execution of key operational programs. This role will model athlete engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all athletes. Specifically, will have the tremendous responsibility of keeping our associates, customers and our store safe. This role will assist in monitoring store compliance with the Company’s policies related to safety, operational controls, inventory management and MES execution. Additionally, this role may assist in external/internal investigations, as well as promoting store aware around addressing theft and operational controls.
