I\'m a copywriter who recently my food & beverage-focused agency to one of the country\'s best independent shops. In my new role I\'m responsible for the caliber of creative product coming out of our Pittsburgh office, as well as its top-line revenue growth. Historically, I\'ve tried to lead by example and to give our teams just enough rope to pull themselves up.(Which they do. Time after time.) I strive to \"add to the conversation\", drive smarter thinking and share my enthusiasm for this work that I love. I think I\'m pretty rare: a working creative who not only survived an early career in account management (working on P&G brands like Folgers Coffee and Duncan Hines, no less) but who escaped with the \"treasure\"- a fondness and respect for breakthrough strategy that I could translate into powerful creative messages.
