ABOUT LINDSEY SIMMONS

I\'m Lindsey! I have over a decade of Talent Acquisition experience working with companies like Electric.ai, Etsy, Criteo and Birchbox. Building teams that reflect the world around us is what gets me out of bed in the morning. I’ve successfully hired IC to C-suite roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, Policy, Sustainability, Finance, People, Trust & Safety, IT, Analytics, Data Science, Product and Security teams.In addition to recruiting, I led the Women\'s Employee Resource Group at Electric planning Women\'s History Month programming and the first company wide volunteer day.Startup life taught me the value of agility. I lead with vulnerability in my stakeholder conversations to develop trust, and deliver results supported with data. I\'ve built and implemented competency based interviewing and value the importance of inclusive processes that are able to evolve with scale. I’m also comfortable navigating the technology behind a search having been the admin for JazzHR, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BuiltIn and Handshake.Outside of work, I love volunteering with Gay Men\'s Health Crisis, paddle boarding, field hunting and fly fishing with my German Shorthaired Pointer, Wendell and serving on the board of Juliana\'s Anglers and Sporting Club.
