About Lindsey Sand

For six years as Vice President of Population Health at Vivie, I had the privilege of shaping how an organization thinks about aging, community, and well-being. My work lived at the intersection of strategy and humanity—bringing together community-based organizations, healthcare partners, and payers to imagine what care could look like when it’s built around real people and the lives they lead. I spent those years designing programs that didn’t just fill gaps in aging services, but strengthened the connective tissue between systems, neighborhoods, and families. My path into this work began more than two decades ago, rooted in aging services and community care. Over the years, I’ve learned that the most meaningful progress happens when relationships are strong and when every partner—large or small—feels seen and valued. That belief has guided me through roles that demanded operational rigor, strategic clarity, and a deep respect for the people we serve. I’ve remained licensed as both a Nursing Home Administrator and a Health Services Executive, not just as credentials, but as reminders of the responsibility and privilege of leading in this field.Across my career, I’ve come to understand that improving care delivery isn’t just about systems or metrics—it’s about building trust, elevating voices that are too often overlooked, and creating programs that honor the dignity of aging. That’s the work that continues to inspire me, and the work I’m committed to carrying forward.
