A proud law enforcement professional with nearly 21 years of experience across patrol operations, criminal investigations, digital forensics, and instructor development. I currently serve as a Detective with the Sterling Heights Police Department (Criminal Investigations Division / Youth Bureau), specializing in complex crimes against children investigations, forensic child interviews, and working with child advocacy MDTs.My former and current specializations are with the Michigan State Police Computer Crimes / Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, conducting cyber and child exploitation investigations and advanced digital forensic analysis. I am also trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and serve on the Sterling Heights Police Peer Support Team, supporting officer wellness during and after critical incidents.I am the Senior Operations Consultant with The Cardinal Group II, where I support public safety clients through tailored in-person training, e-learning content development and implementation, and operational coordination. I serve as a liaison between leadership, consultants, and external partners to ensure training, communications, and learning platforms align with organizational strategy and brand.I also serve as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the Macomb Community College Police Academy and a Lead Instructor for The Michigan Commission On Law Enforcement Standards. I am driven by practical, legally sound, and human-centered training and consulting that strengthens investigations, supports officer resilience, and advances professional policing.
