As a Regional Director of Surgeon Recruitment at US Oral Surgery Management, I manage the recruitment needs across the Midwest to align surgeons with opportunities that reflect both their clinical missions and long-term career goals. Drawing on my marketing and strategic communications background from Oklahoma State University, I develop and oversee impactful recruitment strategies that highlight the unique advantages of joining USOSM’s expanding network of oral surgery practices. My role ensures that we attract top-tier talent while supporting the long-term success of both the organization and the surgeons we work with.Over seven years at NorthStar Anesthesia, I advanced through leadership roles as Director of Clinical Recruiting and Senior Clinical Recruiter, building deep expertise in anesthesia recruitment and clinical talent strategy. There, I successfully hired anesthesiologists, CRNAs and independent contractors for various practice settings, from ambulatory surgery centers to level 1 trauma centers. I’m passionate about creating meaningful, long-term connections with candidates and learning what motivates them. By aligning their goals with the right opportunities, I help ensure mutual success for both the clinicians and the organizations I serve.
