ABOUT LINDSEY KNIGHT

My professional mission is to bring measurable value to nonprofits, business associations, and government agencies by leveraging my 15+ years of experience in community engagement, strategic partnership building, project and program management of impactful initiatives and events, and providing superior constituent/member/donor relations. I am driven by a deep commitment to enhancing the lives and livelihoods of the stakeholders I serve.I began my journey in the nonprofit sector while earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Social Work at San Jose State University. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of organizations through program development, event management, member engagement, fundraising campaigns, and donor/member relations.Over the past 15 years of service to the non-profit, chamber of commerce, and government sector, I’ve honed my skills in creating value-driven initiatives, driving results in fundraising and membership development, and leading economic development efforts to help local businesses thrive. Today, I serve residents and business owners in Alameda County, as the Community Liaison for District 1 Supervisor David Haubert.I am more passionate than ever about leading programs and projects that serve our community’s residents and businesses. I am always seeking opportunities to apply my creativity, enthusiasm, and strategic thinking to organizations focused on making a positive and lasting impact.
