   Recruited to oversee the growth and expansion of AG Jeans, inclusive of denim and sportswear for Women’s and Men’s with annual sales volume of $35M. Responsible for opening East Coast corporate showroom and hiring a team of 8 sales executives. Responsible for full P&L and Operations related to the performance of sales, financial planning and inventory management-Accounts included Saks 5th Ave, Bloomingdales, Shopbop, Bergdorf Goodman, Anthropologie, Evereve and 250+ East Coast specialty retailers -Work in in a cross-functional capacity building strong relationships with sales, planning, finance, merchandising and design, production and the retail and ecommerce teams -Partner with Director of Planning on managing profitability for major department stores and grow businesses and limit liabilities by negotiating markdowns, RTVs/swaps, and end of season margin assistance when necessary.
