ABOUT LINDSEY BYER
My background combines customer service, coaching, and aviation. I spent 5 years in the restaurant industry, working every role from hostess to a server, which taught me adaptability, teamwork, and communication in fast-paced environments. At 13, I began coaching Learn to Skate programs, growing into a competitive figure skating coach where I mentor athletes and build their confidence on and off the ice. Most recently, I expanded into aviation as a dispatch intern at Lynn University’s College of Aeronautics, gaining hands-on experience in flight operations and safety. In addition, I served as a Flight Mentor, helping new students navigate their way through training and campus life, offering guidance and support as they began their aviation journey.
