I am experienced with healthcare lending, asset based lending, construction finance, tax credit facilities, owner occupied real estate financing, equipment finance, acquisition financings and cash flow lending, with typical deals ranging in size from $5MM to over $1B. In addition, in conjunction with the economic crisis, I became experienced with troubled asset management, including transaction restructuring, forbearance agreements and foreclosure.
