With a foundation built on earning my BA in Business and HR from Idaho State University, my academic and athletic experiences as a member of the ISU\'s Women\'s Basketball Team have instilled a competitive spirit and a team-oriented mindset in everything I do. These early experiences sparked my interest in recruiting, guiding me towards a career dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities.My recruiting strategy centers on transparent communication, maintaining a clear, consistent dialogue with all parties, and being a true partner.
