At the heart of my work is the belief that people succeed when they feel supported,understood, and guided in a way that matches how they learn best. My master’s degree incounseling from Manhattan College and deep experience in financial services have uniquelyprepared me to coach with empathy, recruit with vision, and lead with a hands-on,emotionally supportive style.My passion lies in helping advisors find their voice, build confidence, and develop thriving practices. I meet people where they are listening first, knowing when to step back, and when to guide forward.Watching developing advisors lead with integrity and achieve success is the most fulfillingpart of my work.I have recruited large teams at Northwestern Mutual and Lenox Advisors, where I was recognized as a top recruiter and mentor. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner and connector at heart. Reading helps me deepen myperspective, while travel feeds my curiosity about people and cultures. I recharge byspending time near the water with my husband, Eric, and our daughter, Annabelle. Myactive lifestyle mirrors the energy and drive I bring every day to helping advisors thrive.
