Lead new business development efforts to create partnerships that position VisionPoint as one of the top national higher education marketing and enrollment companies – bringing in an average of 16 new clients per quarter and $3M (YTD) in new business net revenue. It also means in a struggling economy, our company has been able to hire, on average, 2-3 new employees every month. • Manage and inspire 4 direct reports (3 full time employees/1 intern) in order to elevate the quality of work and results while balancing the well-being and long-term success of the team. • Dissect prospective clients’ business needs; strategize solutions that will help them achieve their goals; create consultative proposals, presentations, and project plans; develop accurate cost estimates by predicting service hours required based on historical data, cross-departmental team input, and proprietary methodologies; establish collaborative rapport with identified decision-makers; partake in contract negotiations; and hand off new accounts to the Client Services team. • Serve as the CRM Administrator, tracking and reporting metrics (new business sold, weighted pipeline, closing rate, etc.) which indicate the team’s progress toward quarterly and annual sales goals.
