I’m a healthcare process improvement & integration leader who makes Day-1 go-lives predictable and performance gains stick. At UChicago Medicine, I launched the system’s first Discharge Lounge in 3 weeks, lifted before-noon discharges from 6% → 15% in 3 months, and sustained discharge TAT < 3 hours over 9 months. I also coordinated 31 workstreams to open a $120M, 132k sq ft facility on time and on budget, standing up governance, cutover criteria, and executive readouts across ED, OR, Oncology, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle.I chair steering committees, run tight RAID discipline, and build integration playbooks that align clinical operations, quality, and IT.
