I’m a finance and operations leader, entrepreneur, and career coach passionate about empowering people and building organizations that flourish. As Founder of Kayo Conference Series, I spent 14 years scaling a pioneering event platform that connected women in private equity and finance, hosting 40+ conferences and leadership retreats that became trusted spaces for collaboration, mentorship, and growth.Today, I’m expanding my impact through Career Coaching by Kayo, helping women in finance and private equity gain clarity, confidence, and actionable strategies for their next career moves. At the same time, I’m embarking on the next phase of my career, pursuing CFO, CEO, or strategic leadership opportunities where I can bring my financial expertise, operational leadership, and passion for mission-driven organizations to a great team.Earlier in my career, I served as an outsourced CFO for growing businesses, a secondary private equity investor at AlpInvest Partners/Carlyle Group, and began in Lehman Brothers’ private placements and healthcare investment banking teams.
