ABOUT LINDSAY R. PEREZ

Dr. Lindsay Perez is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who is dedicated to helping her clients reach their fullest potential across all organizational levels. Her experience includes leadership and team development and coaching, driving organizational culture change initiatives, training and curriculum development, project planning and implementation, and constructing employee selection and training procedures. With a background in research, Dr. Perez has utilized data and analysis to examine work environments and organizational structures in order to assess and improve organizational functioning and services. Since 2015, Dr. Perez has applied Predictive Index across many organizational levels including hiring and selection, employee development, team building, succession planning, and conflict management. She has provided individualized employee coaching in an effort to assist employees with their professional development and increase opportunities for growth. She has helped employees identify their behavioral strengths and coached them on how to adjust when there were areas of needed improvement. Additionally, Dr. Perez is skilled in facilitating difficult team conversations when communication breakdowns occur, using communication profiles to help staff understand how to best work with one another.Dr. Perez is a PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and is recognized as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist by the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
