Voices of Youth is a program supported by Rapid Growth Media that pays high school students to learn solutions journalism and how to apply it to their community. As project lead, I develop lesson materials, teach four in-person journalism workshops and mentor students as they write their articles and go through the editing process. At the end of each cohort, students are published authors on Rapid Growth\'s website.
