ABOUT LINDSAY OLVER

Lindsay is a native of Hinton, AB, and pursued her university education in Edmonton, starting with a diploma in Asia Pacific Management from Grant MacEwan College. Later, she transferred to the University of Alberta’s Bachelor of Commerce program. During her studies, Lindsay traveled to Taiwan to teach English as a Second Language and went to China for her Commerce practicum, where she worked as a property manager. In 2007, she moved to Red Deer, AB, to become a Realtor, initially planning to stay for only a year. However, she fell in love with the real estate business and stayed on, ultimately purchasing Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty with her husband in 2014. Lindsay is an active Real Estate Agent and the owner of the Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty. She loves the varied nature of her work, the opportunity to learn new things, and the satisfaction of the growing the business. Apart from being a Broker, Lindsay is a dedicated wife and mom to three children and a dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, engaging in activities such as running, hiking, swimming, and biking. Additionally, Lindsay served on the Central Alberta Realtors Association board for seven years and was President for one of those years. She is passionate about seeing realtors succeed in all aspects of their business and continues to be involved in the association as Vice President.
