Provide HR support across Canada, including Mining operations, Exploration and Brands & Consumer Markets in the United States, and to other areas of HR as needed, such as back-up for some Payroll processes and providing support to Recruitment activities.• Personally responsible for the Benefits enrollment, life-cycle changes, and ongoing benefits management for all US employees under De Beers Jewelers, Forevermark, and Lightbox jewelry.• Work collaboratively to meet goals with flexibility and adaptability providing support across all areas of HR in Canada and the US.• Applying incredible attention to detail, input, process, verify and maintain accurate data and documentation related to employee life cycle changes within the De Beers SAP HR module (OM and PA modules specifically) and/or within Success Factors Employee Central with further validation in the payroll systems and other 3rd party systems related to benefits in Canada and the US.• Liaise with employees, managers and HR Advisors/Managers/Recruiters to ensure completeness and accurateness of the data while verifying system alignment with legislation and company policies.• Manage HR stewardship and analytics, using data and capability in SAP, Success Factors and Ceridian Dayforce, in order to inform the business on relevant and timely HR matters.• Compile and analyze data by running reports and working with Excel files in order to prepare HR reports for internal and external requirement.• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers by responding to HR queries, providing excellent and timely customer service.• Perform and advise on HR key project work, working with HR Advisors as well as business leaders, in order to support the achievement of HR and company objectives.
