MY BIO: recently transitioned to the Human Resources side of the world-of-work after completing a Master\'s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Hoping to translate my Career Services and volunteer background into an HR career helping leaders, teams, and workers enhance their professional experience to find success and fulfillment.MY MISSION: de-mystify and de-maze norms, processes, and expectations of workplace environments. No one is born knowing exactly how to best navigate these spaces, so I strive everyday to be a supportive partner to leaders and workers at any and all stages of their career journey. A key measure of my success is every time a colleague leaves my office feeling more intentional, confident, and capable in taking their next step. MY RECENT JOY: In my last role I spent a year digging into peer-to-peer education as a best practice to successful learning and as a small office staffing solution. I loved every minute of researching, conversing, implementing and assessing strategies/models. I\'m proud to say that one year in - the size of the student staff team doubled, the role of Peer Advisors in the office was elevated, and the quality of experience from both clients and peers increased. As a student supervisor in \'18/\'19 I piloted \'captainships\' and expanded the topics/competencies owned by our peer leaders.
