As the Chair of the Women in Construction committee for the Calgary Construction Association, I lead an amazing group of people driven to support the success of women in the construction industry by offering networking opportunities, mentorship, and industry knowledge in a diverse and inclusive community. By day, I am a Senior Surety Underwriter at Aviva Canada Inc. where I help contractors make money by providing the bonds they need to secure work across the country. When I\'m not helping out contractors, I apply my financial acumen to aid energy and mining companies with fulfilling their reclamation security requirements. By night, I help raise two minions with her wonderful and supportive husband. After bedtime, I give my time to help build the future of other children by volunteering with the Lake Ridge Community Church Youth group.
