About Lindsay Leblanc
Hello! My name is Lindsay Leblanc and I am a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am currently pursuing a double major in Neuroscience and Psychology with a minor in Women’s Health through the Chancellor’s Honors Program. I am passionate about understanding the human body and mind and plan to pursue a career in medicine with a focus on pediatric oncology or maternal fetal medicine. I hope to continue conducting research throughout graduate school and beyond to contribute to scientific and clinical advancements in patient care.At UTK, I am an active member of Delta Gamma, where I serve as the Director of Continuous Recruitment and Retention. I am also an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Schulz Laboratory, where I assist with behavioral neuroscience research on amygdala development, prenatal stress, and neurodevelopmental mechanisms. In addition, I am involved in Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity and Relay for Life, where I enjoy combining leadership and service with my interest in health, medicine, and community engagement.My experience as a certified lifeguard has strengthened my communication, leadership, and crisis-response skills, all of which are essential in clinical and professional settings. I am eager to continue developing through hands-on medical, service, and research experiences that will prepare me to make a meaningful impact in the field of healthcare.

In my role as Director of Continuous Recruitment and Retention for Delta Gamma, I oversee year-round recruitment efforts for a chapter of more than 500 women. I work alongside our Membership Team to identify potential new members who reflect our values and support current members through involvement and retention initiatives. I also serve on the Joint Chapter Management Team to assist with chapter operations and leadership decisions.
