As a keynote speaker, trainer and leadership coach represented by Speakers Alliance, I work with middle managers who want to communicate authentically, so they can effectively lead their teams without losing themselves. With more than 18 years of experience in the field of interpersonal communication and a background as a former clinician, I have extensive experience helping both individuals and organizations get to the root cause of communication problems. Once managers have the skills needed to navigate difficult conversations with ease, they and their teams are able to dedicate their full focus to creating impactful change through their work. Whether in-person or via a live virtual presentation from my in-home studio, my genuine, interactive, thought-provoking delivery style encourages self-reflection and implementation that will lead to long-lasting behavioural change.
