About Reagan Lindsay-Kereluik
I am a current Juris Doctor Candidate and O’Connor Fellow at Arizona State University (ASU), where I also serve as a Lead Marketing and Game Presentation Intern for Sun Devil Athletics. Right now, I’m working on the field at NCAA Division I football games, and will continue supporting other sports throughout the 2025–2026 season. As an aspiring sports lawyer, I am eager to continue gaining hands-on experience in the sports industry alongside my legal education. In Spring 2025, I graduated from Dalhousie University with Distinction, majoring in Law, Justice & Society, completing minors in Economics and Management, and earning four business-focused certificates. I was named to the Dean’s List every semester, and received Dalhousie\'s Faculty Leadership IMPACT Award for Arts & Social Sciences in both 2023–2024 and 2024–2025. During my undergraduate studies, I founded Dalhousie Women in Sport, and served as the president of several other student organizations, including the Dalhousie Football Club and the Dalhousie Sports Business Society. In my third year of study, I was selected by Fulbright Canada as 1 of 15 Canadian students to receive a Killam Fellowship Award, which allowed me to spend a semester studying sports business and entertainment law at ASU. This experience sparked my passion for collegiate athletics, specifically Compliance and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). It also motivated me to return to ASU for my Juris Doctor, attracted by the unique combination of a nationally ranked law school and a leading NCAA Division I athletic department. My previous experience spans operations, legal research, marketing, compliance and consulting - and I have held roles with the National Lacrosse League Players’ Association, League1 Ontario, HOOPQUEENS, the Halifax Tides FC, the Halifax Thunderbirds, the Dalhousie Tigers Athletic Department, and Navigate. I also completed a practicum with the Executive Office of the Nova Scotia Judiciary, and contributed research to the Canadian Civil Liberties Association’s 2024 Bail Report. Additionally, I spent two summers working at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, a leading business law firm with offices across Canada and in New York. Outside of academics, I enjoy writing articles about women’s sports and engaging in pro bono work and community service. From volunteering at NCAA Championships to supporting legal name change clinics, I am always seeking my next opportunity in both the legal field and the sports industry. I look forward to connecting!
