About Lindsay Kelly
With almost a decade of experience in user experience research, I am passionate about helping product and design teams create solutions that meet the needs and goals of users and stakeholders. As a Staff UX researcher at LinkedIn, I lead and conduct various types of research studies, from foundational to evaluative, across different domains and platforms.Some of my recent achievements include managing external vendors to run two studies quantifying the Jobs to be Done of users, co-leading a longitudinal diary study following non-members as they used LinkedIn for the first time, and supporting GenAI features and vision. I have also trained and mentored other UX researchers on related learnings and best practices. I have a strong background in human-computer interaction, with a MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech and multiple publications and awards in the field. I am also proficient in survey design and analysis, and have a certification in jobs to be done training.
