After being referred to the company by local area physician, I was recruited to drive sales growth of Coloplast: Women\'s Heath: Altis, Supris, Aris, Restorelle Y (synthetic mesh), Axis Dermis and Suspend Fascia Lata (both are biologic tissue) in the low producing Middle Tennessee market where there was minimal existing business (only in prior year sales) and no brand awareness or company name recognition.I immediately leveraged my strong network of existing relationships with Urologists, OBGYN’s, and Urogynecologists to introduce the company, sell the clinical advantages of products, secure commitments for product evaluations, gain trust with key physician accounts, convert business from competitors, and negotiate price agreements with hospitals. • Generated annual sales growth: On track for record-setting monthly sales for 2020/2021, to plan for 2019/2020, 95% to plan for 2018/2019, 103% to plan for 2017/2018, 148% to plan for 2016/2017, and 147% to plan for 2015/2016. • Recognized for success and was chosen for multiple district leadership roles related to new product data, competitive data, internal resource changes, and Salesforce CRM. • Chosen for the Connector Program to mentor, coach, and guide new hires through their first year with the company. • Achieved top ranking in the training class and earned MVP recognition in sales training competitions.
