Senior Manager, Patterson Foundation & Corporate Giving @Patterson Foundation

Serving as the Executive Director of the Patterson Foundation, I partner with the Board of Directors to honor the legacy of the founding donors to help expand access to oral care for the under-insured and uninsured, and increase the number of graduating assistance dogs for veterans, first responders, and special-needs individuals. As the Corporate Giving senior manager at Patterson Companies, I manage strategic giving programs and sponsorships, as well as support, design, and incentivize employee volunteerism programs. As the senior manager, I\'ve been responsible for supporting and/or leading the following items-Created an annual giving campaign that raised more than throughout all of Patterson\'s domestic and international offices and committed 250 new volunteers each year-Created two brand new fundraising events for the Foundation that resulted in over 150 more donors in 2019. Annually execute six fundraising events, netting between and each-Facilitated a volunteer council with Patterson Companies employees that are dedicated to planning and facilitating volunteer programs throughout the country -Increased employee volunteers in the Foundation committees by 200%-Donated more than as a part of the Foundation\'s Dollars for Doers program, an incentive to encourage Patterson employees to volunteer with their favorite non-profit organization -Encouraged 18 different Patterson sales branches to help deliver Foundation grant checks to awarded non-profit organizations, creating lasting partnerships between the non-profit and local Patterson employees -Participated in Take FIVE, the MN-based employee engagement employee resource group
