Lindsay is a legal executive focused on global labor and employment issues at Honeywell, a Fortune 114 technology company with employees, in ~750 sites, across ~80 countries. She is an experienced litigator, trial lawyer, and business counselor, advising in complex business lawsuits, employment litigation, and labor disputes. Lindsay has tried more than a dozen cases to verdict in state and federal courts, arbitrated over two dozen wage/hour cases and union grievances, and presented oral arguments before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She routinely counsels on workplace policies, employee disciplinary actions, investigations, leave issues, pay equity, and union campaigns. She also advises on cost actions like workforce reductions, furloughs, and repositioning projects. Further, she advises on and negotiates the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions.She has experience representing clients in qui tam whistleblower actions and government investigative matters involving the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and Environmental Protection Agency. She has litigated cases involving alleged False Claims Act violations and related retaliation claims.
