I work to align industry, education, and government to expand the workforce pipelines required to sustain U.S. shipbuilding and advanced manufacturing capacity.My career has focused on translating complex workforce and industrial challenges into collaborative solutions that scale. These partnerships are critical components of our nation’s maritime strategy, allowing us to combine policy direction with industry experience, innovation, and financing. The results of these efforts are bespoke solutions that bring technology integration, advanced manufacturing, training, and supplier support together - all backed with the support of both industry and government.
