   I am a teacher in a Fifth Grade classroom of 25-30 children. My responsibilities range from planning and developing lessons, supporting student learning with differentiated instruction, communicate regularly with the community, work cohesively with staff, and implement school policies for Special Education practices. I am constantly building new lessons and assessments to improve existing learning opportunities to address the learning needs of the variety or learners in my classroom.As a team leader in my building, I facilitate existing and new learning opportunities for various audiences, such as new teachers, team members, and peers. I have to work collaboratively to support my team and learners to ensure we are assessing learning needs for all and designing specialty Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions for struggling students.
