ABOUT LINDSAY FRY-SCHALLHORN
While working as a mechanical engineer I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in aerospace engineering to include systems test engineering, propulsion failure analysis, experimental flight testing, and reliability. My experience in leading diverse project teams has equipped me with the organizational tools to manage complex systems engineering problems. For the past two years I have led a new team of 17 engineers through a complex test development effort encompassing three space vehicle payload configurations and 16 test designs. This ability to lead cross-functional teams has enabled appropriate resource allocation to accurately mitigate at risk assets and hold program scope boundaries to maintain schedule and budgets.
